Three ways to run a credit dispute.
All three are legitimate. They cost very different amounts and leave you with very different amounts of control.
The difference is who does the deciding.
The full comparison, nothing left out.

Ranges reflect published rates and independent 2026 pricing surveys for the Dallas–Fort Worth market, reviewed August 2026. They describe the category, not any particular company, and providers change their pricing without notice. Cost is not a statement about results — no provider, including Credit680, can promise a specific outcome.
Pick the fork that sounds like your situation.
Hire a local firm if…
- You would rather not touch any of it yourself
- Your situation is unusual and you want someone to look at it
- The cost is not the deciding factor
Use plain DIY software if…
- You already know which items you want to dispute
- You are happy to read the report yourself
- You want the cheapest possible route, including free
Use Credit680 if…
- You want to know what is on your report before deciding anything
- You want the letters drafted, but the decisions kept
- You want the price before the conversation
We are not the right answer for everyone.
If you want someone else to handle it end to end, a firm will do that and we will not. If you already know exactly which items you are challenging and you are comfortable writing the letters, you can do all of this free, by contacting the bureaus and your creditors directly — and you should.
What we sell is the part in between: reading a long report quickly, understanding why an item was flagged, drafting the letter, and keeping the record. If that is not the part you find hard, do not pay us for it.
