Legal
Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Credit680 covering your use of the software.
Draft — not yet effective.
Draft pending legal review. This document is structured against the outline in the build plan and is not yet a binding agreement. A consumer-finance attorney must review and finalise it before Credit680 accepts a payment or launches publicly.
1. What this service is
Credit680 is a self-service software application. It reads a credit report you provide, identifies items that may be disputable, and helps you draft and track dispute correspondence. You operate the software. We do not dispute items on your behalf, do not act as your agent, and are not a credit repair organisation performing services for you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and disputing information on your own credit file. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it.
3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
- Access is sold as a monthly subscription, charged in advance each period.
- There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
- You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Where the law provides a cancellation right — including any applicable three-day right — that right applies in addition to the above and is not waived by these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content of every dispute you send. You agree not to use Credit680 to submit statements you know to be false, to dispute information you know to be accurate, or to challenge a credit file that is not your own. You may not resell, sublicense, or provide the software as a service to third parties without a separate written agreement.
5. No guarantee of results
Credit680 makes no representation that any item will be corrected or removed or that your credit score will change. Outcomes are determined by credit reporting agencies and furnishers. The software is provided for informational purposes and is not legal advice.
6. Your right to dispute for free
You may dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, at no cost, by contacting the credit reporting agencies and your creditors directly. Your subscription pays for software convenience, not for that right. See our consumer disclosures.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit680 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Credit680 against claims arising from the content of disputes you submit or from your breach of these terms.
9. Dispute resolution and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The forum, arbitration, and class-action provisions are subject to legal review and will be stated here before these terms take effect.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the product before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
